If you are struggling to pay your water bill, you may qualify for a credit on your water account. To be eligible for the Thornton Water Assistance program, you must receive water through the City of Thornton (in other words - you pay your water bill to the City) and be listed on the water account. Also, your household gross income must be at or below 185% of the federal poverty level.
