How can I obtain a permit to serve alcohol?

In order to serve alcohol on city property, you need to reserve a city-owned facility or park and submit an application for an alcohol permit at least 30 days prior to the event. Cash bars are not allowed and an off-duty police officer will need to be present at events serving alcohol at the Recreation Center.

To serve 3.2% beer at your neighborhood block party, an alcohol permit is required. If you plan to block off a street you need to obtain a Traffic Control Permit. Please submit traffic control permit applications online under Infrastructure Permit Applications or call 720-977-6234.
