Any person seeking to obtain a license to operate a massage parlor must submit a Massage Parlor license application to the City Clerk’s office.

A massage therapist who is licensed by the State is exempt from obtaining a Massage Parlor license.  The City Clerk’s office requires a copy of the State Massage Therapy license; the license can be faxed to 303-538-7224.
