How can I schedule a building inspection?
To schedule a building inspection online, follow this link to the Thornton CityView Portal. You will need to register for an account to take advantage of all portal features. Prior to registration, please refer to the portal help section, follow the applicable registration instructions, and permit type information. For assistance, please call 303-538-7250.
You may schedule an inspection using Thornton CityView Portal as late as 6:30 a.m. the morning of your inspection. All requests received after 6:30 a.m. will be scheduled for the following business day.
You may also schedule an inspection using the Inspection Request Line 303-538-7396. We highly recommend using a land line when scheduling via the request line.
