Building Permit applications may be submitted online using the Thornton CityView Portal. You will need to register for an account to take advantage of all portal features. Prior to registration, please refer to the portal help section, follow the applicable registration instructions, and permit type information. For assistance, please call 303-538-7250.
Permit applications are also accepted in person at the Building Inspection counter at the northeast corner of Thornton City Hall, 9500 Civic Center Drive.
