How do I request a subpoena or have a subpoena served?

A subpoena is a written command to a person to appear and give testimony. If your case is scheduled for a trial and you have witnesses you want to appear, you may request a subpoena from the Court. Please refer to the Municipal Court Policies for additional information, or call the Court during normal business hours at 720-977-5400.
