The Thornton Community Connections Division has a Water Assistance Program that helps Thornton water customers receive a credit on their water bill. If you are interested in the Water Assistance Program, the first step to apply is to contact Utility Billing at 303-538-7370 and ask for a referral for the Water Assistance Program. You can apply for this program once per year. View the assistance application.
