The Active Adult Center extends a warm welcome to all adults 55 years of age and older. We presently do not have a membership fee, but do require the purchase of a City of Thornton Photo I.D. card, which can be purchased for a fee of $5 for residents and $7 for non-residents and is valid at all City Recreation facilities for two years.

The Active Adult Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are located at 9471 Dorothy Blvd., which is east of Washington Street and south of Thornton Parkway.
