Fire reports may be requested at the Thornton Fire Department Administrative Offices at 2300 Thornton Parkway, Thornton, CO 80229, anytime during normal office hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).  You can call the Administrative Offices at 303-538-7602 to request a Request for Public Records form via email, fax or mail or follow this link.

Please note that a Public Records Request form will need to be filled out before a report will be released.  The Fire Department has up to three business days to approve and/or respond to your request.
