Would you like to learn more about the Thornton Fire Department? Perhaps your child is interested in how the fire trucks work or how our firefighters go about their day-to-day duties. If so then a station tour could be the thing for you. Thornton Fire offers tours for various public groups like preschools, school groups, scout groups, and/or church groups. Each tour generally lasts around 1 hour and includes visiting the firefighter living quarters, viewing fire and medical equipment, and discussion of fire and life safety practices.
