Often times companies would like to conduct fire extinguisher training for employees.  We receive many inquiries whether or not businesses can use real fire for their training sessions.  You may be able to burn combustibles for the purpose of fire extinguisher training, provided a permit is obtained from the Fire Department and you have a trained professional conducting the class.  The Fire Department is generally unable to assist with these classes.
