To report street damage larger than a pothole, contact the Streets Department at 720-977-6464, via email at streetsdept@ThorntonCO.gov, or submit a request.

The process to repair substandard or deficient streets with distressed surface is as follows:

Provide a finish hot mix repair to restore the surface integrity, match crown and slope of the street, and to remove "alligator," potholed, or distressed asphalt pavements. These areas will be replaced with new sub-grade, where necessary, and compacted with hot mix asphalt to provide a safe riding surface.
