To sweep arterial, collector, and identified residential streets and bike lanes as needed for the city’s storm water system to meet the requirements of the city’s MS4 Permit and Colorado Clean Air Act. To remove debris from roadway that can cause pollutants in the water and air using mechanical sweepers.
