Trash pickup and general maintenance of bus stops with metal bus shelters or bus benches are serviced by Outdoor Promotions, Thornton’s bus shelter and bench contractor. They may be reached at 303-431-8300.

If the bus stop location has a wooden bench, then the site is maintained by the city's Parks Department. Please submit a My Thornton request under Park Maintenance Issue.
