Residents should report damage or needed repairs on medians or streetscapes to the Engineering Services Division of the Infrastructure Department. Please notify staff of needed repairs by telephoning 720-977-6210 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. business days. After business hours, you may leave a message at 720-977-6210. Please leave your name, address, telephone number, location of the problem, and as much detailed information as possible. Messages are reviewed and acted upon accordingly by city personnel the next business day.  

Vandalism should be reported to the city of Thornton Police Department by dialing 9 1 1.
