How can I view city records or submit a public record request?

If you would like to view City Records within the City Clerk's office, you can submit your request online. Alternatively, you can also email your request to clerk@ThorntonCO.gov or call the City Clerk's Office at 303-538-7230. You may also submit your request in person at the City Clerk's Office, located on the second floor of City Hall, 9500 Civic Center Drive.
Please refer to the public records fee schedule to determine the cost for obtaining copies of documents.
