How can I report a concern about city operations?

If you have a concern about city operations, please contact the City Manager's Office at 303-538-7200. The City Manager's Office will most likely route you to the appropriate department for resolution of the problem. However, if the appropriate department has been contacted prior to your call and has not sufficiently responded to your concern, the City Manager's Office will follow-up on your questions and report back to you. The number to call is 303-538-7200, or you may submit a request using the My Thornton system.
