If I receive a high-water bill resulting from a leak, can I get my bill adjusted?

If you're able to locate and repair a leak, you may be eligible for a water bill adjustment. With a tier adjustment, you will still be charged for all water used; however, Utility Billing will determine whether some or all the higher tier charges can be credited.

To request a review, submit a receipt showing the repair or replacement part to Thornton's Utility Billing team. Please contact them directly at 303-538-7370 or email UtilBilling@thorntonco.gov.
