Why can I see daily but not hourly water usage data?

Occasionally, you will see missing hourly or daily data. If you are missing more than 50% of hourly reads, you will only be able to view daily usage.
We are working to improve network interference and communication to be able to receive daily data frequently and as expected. If you have questions, let us know so we can conduct a review of your account and ask meter staff to investigate the interference as well.
Missing daily data does not affect your bill consumption.
