Property owners are eligible for the City of Thornton's free graffiti removal program. The City or its contractors will remove graffiti vandalism that is located on buildings, houses, fences, walls, and signs that are in public view and accessible by the removal equipment. The graffiti removal program operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

If your property has been vandalized by graffiti, or to report graffiti on another property, call the Graffiti Hotline at 720-977-5099. To report someone marking graffiti, call 911.
