Four garage sales are allowed per calendar year, with each lasting no more than three days.  Signs may be displayed on your property, and additional signs may be displayed in the public rights-of-way in accordance with the sign regulations. Please refer to the Temporary Signs (external link) information for placement and display specifics or call the Code Compliance staff at 303-538-7517.
