Help keep sidewalks clear!

If you see a Bird scooter that's blocking the public right-of-way, please let them know. There are several ways to alert Bird when there's an issue. You can:

• Use the Bird app. In the bottom left corner of the Bird mobile app, click on the Community Mode Icon and file a report. This sends an immediate action alert to their operations team.
  
• Email Bird at hello@bird.co. Send Bird an email with details of the location to file a report with their operations team.
• Call Bird at their 24/7 support line at 1-866-205-2442.
