The city of Thornton uses Backflow Solutions, Inc. for tracking all backflow test reports.
Brand new never existing installs can be emailed to back.flow@ThorntonCO.gov and first tests will be submitted free. Beyond that each individual test report submitted will be charged at BSI’s most current price.
